Checking In Guests

Use the PopOutNow app to check in attendees at the door.

Overview​

As a bouncer, you have access to the event's full attendee list — both ticket holders and guest list entries. You can search by name or scan QR codes.

Step-by-Step​

  1. Open the PopOutNow app and log in
  2. Go to your Bouncer Dashboard and select the event
  3. Use the search bar to find a guest by name, or tap Scan to use the camera
  4. Confirm the attendee's identity and tap Check In
  5. The entry is marked and won't allow a duplicate check-in

Common Issues / FAQ​

An attendee's ticket isn't showing up. Have them show you the confirmation email. Search by their name or email address manually.

The app is running slowly. See Offline Mode — the app may be trying to sync on a weak connection.
