Guest List at the Door
Check in attendees who are on the manual guest list added by the hoster.
Overview
In addition to ticket holders, the hoster may have added guests manually. These appear alongside ticket holders in your check-in view.
Step-by-Step
- In the check-in view, search for the guest by name
- Guest list entries are labeled Guest List so you can distinguish them from ticket holders
- Tap Check In to mark them as arrived
Common Issues / FAQ
A guest says they're on the list but I can't find them. Search by partial name. If still not found, contact the hoster to confirm — they may have used a different spelling or not added them yet.
Can I add someone to the guest list at the door? No — only the hoster can add guests. Have them do it from the event dashboard.
