Create an Event
Create a new event on PopOutNow to start selling tickets and managing your guest list.
Overview
Events are the core of PopOutNow. Once you create an event, you can add ticket types, invite staff, and track sales all in one place.
Step-by-Step
- Log in and go to your Hoster Dashboard
- Click New Event
- Fill in the event details: name, date, time, venue, and description
- Upload a cover image
- Click Save to create the event in draft mode
- Add ticket types before publishing (see Ticket Types)
- Click Publish to make the event visible to the public
Common Issues / FAQ
Can I edit an event after publishing? Yes — most fields can be edited at any time. Changing ticket prices after sales have started is not recommended.
How do I unpublish an event? Go to the event settings and toggle the visibility to Draft.
