Discount Codes

Create promo codes to offer attendees a discount on ticket purchases.

Overview​

Discount codes can be percentage-based or fixed-amount, and can be limited by usage count or expiration date.

Step-by-Step​

  1. Open your event and go to Discount Codes
  2. Click Create Code
  3. Enter a code (e.g. EARLYBIRD20)
  4. Choose the discount type: Percentage or Fixed amount
  5. Set the discount value
  6. Optionally set a max usage count or expiration date
  7. Click Save and share the code with your audience

Common Issues / FAQ​

Can a code be used more than once by the same person? By default yes — set a max usage count to limit this.

Can I apply a code to specific ticket types only? Not currently — codes apply to all ticket types on the event.
