Overview

When you invite a photographer to your event, they upload photos after the event. You approve them before they go on sale. Attendees can then browse and purchase photos of themselves.

Step-by-Step

  1. Invite a photographer to your event
  2. After the event, the photographer uploads their photos
  3. Go to Photos in your event dashboard
  4. Review submitted photos — approve or reject each batch
  5. Approved photos are listed for sale immediately

Common Issues / FAQ

What happens if I don't approve photos? They stay in a pending state and are not visible to attendees.

Can I set the price for photos? Photo pricing is configured by the platform. Contact support to discuss custom pricing.
