Guest List

Manage a manual guest list for your event separate from ticket sales.

Overview

The guest list lets you add attendees by name who don't need to purchase a ticket — VIPs, comps, or pre-approved guests.

Step-by-Step

  1. Open your event and go to Guest List
  2. Click Add Guest
  3. Enter the guest's name and any notes
  4. Save — they'll appear in the bouncer's check-in view at the door

Common Issues / FAQ

Can guests on the list check in themselves? No — guest list check-in is done by a bouncer at the door.

Is the guest list separate from ticket holders? Yes — bouncers see both ticket holders and guest list entries in the check-in view.
