Invite Staff

Add bouncers, promoters, photographers, and team members to your event.

Overview

Each staff role has specific permissions. Inviting someone to a role gives them access only to what they need for that event.

Step-by-Step

  1. Open your event and go to Staff or the relevant section (Bouncers, Promoters, etc.)
  2. Click Invite
  3. Enter the person's email address or share the invite link
  4. The invitee receives a link to accept and join your event in that role

Common Issues / FAQ

The person I invited says they didn't get an email. Have them check spam. Alternatively, copy the invite link directly and send it manually.

Can I remove someone after inviting them? Yes — go to their entry in the staff list and remove them.
