Common Issues / FAQ
What's the difference between flat fee and percentage? Flat fee charges a fixed amount (e.g. $1.50) regardless of ticket price. Percentage charges a fraction of the ticket price (e.g. 5%). For lower-priced tickets, flat fee is often cheaper for buyers.
Can I have free and paid ticket types on the same event? Yes.
