View Orders and Sales

Track ticket sales, revenue, and individual orders for your event.

Overview​

The orders dashboard gives you a real-time view of sales broken down by ticket type, promoter, and time.

Step-by-Step​

  1. Open your event and go to Orders
  2. View the summary at the top: total tickets sold, gross revenue, net revenue
  3. Use the table below to see individual orders — buyer name, ticket type, amount, date
  4. Filter by ticket type or promoter using the dropdowns

Common Issues / FAQ​

When do I get paid? Payouts are processed by Stripe. Check your connected Stripe account for payout schedules.

Why does gross revenue differ from net revenue? Net revenue is after platform fees. Gross is the total charged to buyers.
