Overview
Every photo submission goes through a review step by the event hoster before becoming visible to attendees.
Flow
- You upload photos and submit for review
- The hoster receives a notification to review
- The hoster approves or rejects the batch
- Approved photos are immediately listed for sale
- You can view sales from your dashboard
Approval Statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | Submitted, awaiting hoster review |
| Approved | Live and available for purchase |
| Rejected | Not approved — contact the hoster for details |
Common Issues / FAQ
My photos have been pending for a long time. Reach out to the hoster directly — there's no automatic approval timeout.
Some photos were approved and some rejected. Hosters can approve or reject individual photos or entire batches. Check your dashboard for details.
