Uploading Photos

Submit your event photos for hoster review and attendee sale.

Overview

After the event, you upload your photos to PopOutNow. The hoster reviews and approves them before they go live for attendees to purchase.

Step-by-Step

  1. Log in and go to your Photographer Dashboard
  2. Select the event
  3. Click Upload Photos
  4. Select your photos (JPG or PNG, up to 20MB each)
  5. Click Submit for Review
  6. The hoster will approve or reject your submission

Common Issues / FAQ

How many photos can I upload? There's no hard limit, but large batches may take longer to upload. Consider uploading in batches if you have more than a few hundred.

Can I upload edited and unedited versions? Upload your final edited versions only — attendees purchase what they see.
