Refunds and Disputes

Request a refund or dispute a charge for a ticket purchase.

Overview

Refund policies are set by the event hoster. If you believe you were charged incorrectly or an event was cancelled, you can request a refund or file a dispute.

Requesting a Refund

  1. Log in and go to My Tickets
  2. Select the ticket and click Request Refund
  3. Describe the reason for the refund request
  4. The hoster reviews and approves or denies the request

Filing a Dispute

If a refund is denied and you believe the charge was unauthorized or the event did not occur as advertised, you can dispute the charge with your bank (chargeback).

Note: filing a chargeback may result in your PopOutNow account being restricted.

Common Issues / FAQ

The event was cancelled — how do I get my money back? Contact the hoster first. If the hoster does not respond, contact PopOutNow support.

How long does a refund take? Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
