Ticket Transfers

Send a ticket you purchased to someone else.

Overview​

If you can't attend or bought a ticket for a friend, you can transfer it to another PopOutNow account.

Step-by-Step​

  1. Log in and go to My Tickets
  2. Select the ticket you want to transfer
  3. Click Transfer Ticket
  4. Enter the recipient's email address
  5. Click Send Transfer
  6. The recipient gets an email to accept the ticket

Common Issues / FAQ​

Can I transfer a ticket to someone without a PopOutNow account? They'll need to create a free account to accept the transfer.

Can I cancel a transfer? Yes — as long as the recipient hasn't accepted it, you can cancel from My Tickets.

Is there a fee for transferring? No — transfers are free.
